Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor

Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor attended his first international event as a father. The actor went to Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea International Film Festival. He talked a lot about his film Shamshera becoming a big disaster and how films didn’t work in India after COVID-19. He also talked about how badly his passion project, Jagga Jasoos, had failed, which really hurt him.

The actor told Deadline, “It is a film that I produced. It was a labor of love. Anurag Basu directed the film. It was a sweet and heartwarming idea, but it failed, which really hurt,” he stated. That is the only negative film in my career.

He had another release in September 2022 prior to Brahmastra. He appeared in YRF’s Shamshera, which did poorly at the box office in July. In a similar vein, Ranbir stated that the movie was “by far the hardest film I’ve worked on.” The biggest mistake I made with Shamshera was growing a beard. It was a huge box office disaster. In the movie, the actor sported a beard. He continued, “When you stick on a beard, it’s like your face is melting” the audience laughed as he told his story.

On the work front, Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor will star in Luv Ranjan’s untitled next. The movie is expected to be released on Holi 2023. In 2023, he also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. World News Spot Live
